Any problems with new versions of ID:Core?

Hello!
I am thinking of buying Blackstar ID:Core 10 v2 for my home playing/practicing (still not 100% sure, the other amps being considered: Fender Mustang I, Peavey Vypyr vip 1, Vox vt20, Roland micro cube)
After reading some reviews and few topics here about the hissing/firmware upgrade problems I have some serious doubts. Anyone knows maybe if they still occur in this 2nd version of ID cores?

Also, I will be playing on my headphones very often, so I'm curious if the sound will be decent with them.

Go for the ID15:TVP. Sounds loads better than the Core range and all those other amps you listed and I can tell you the headphone out sounds great too. And no problems with firmware updates too.

Thanks for recommendation. Unfortunatelly, it's twice more expensive. My budget is set at 150$.

I have an IDC40 V1, no issues. I have not seen the V2's just yet. Supposed to be coming to stores soon.

I've an ID core 10 V2. It hisses when plugged into an amp or a mixing desk, so useless for recording (even with gain and volume completely off). Works fine through headphones, not figured out why yet. Sounds pretty good otherwise.

get an ID Core 10. It's an awesome amp. The Insider app really is awesome.

Btw is anyone here having a problem with Insider app ? So here is my problem, it's the audio. The audio track won't pay if my guitar is plugged in first. So I must remove the usb first and then I re-plugged it. I can change the audio track that I have saved without having the usb cable remove and replug first. I wonder if the problem is my USB cable.

Thanks for the posts. I still haven't decided. :?

Can someone be so kind to record this hiss problem or point me to a video or sound sample where it is demonstrated?

Here in the beginning I can hear some hiss when I volume up my speakers. Is it that one, or much worse?

Also I have options to buy v1 used ("used 2 times") for 75$ or v2 new for 125$ with 1 year warranty. Is a v2 an upgrade to v1 that will justify the price (considering also the problems with upgrading firmware in v1)?

I'm also interested to know the answer to this question! Im close to pulling the trigger on an ID Core and for the IDC40 the price difference is now +£40 for the V2. Has anyone played both?
