The Beam and the Akai won't connect to each other via Bluetooth. Each device can successfully connect to all my other peripherals just fine (iPhone, MacBook Air, Marshall Stanmore), it's just this one combo that doesn't seem to work. Of course neither the Beam or Akai have any sort of display so I don't have any specific error to report.

Any ideas or input is appreciated.
