Hi,

I can login to the forum but the same login and password doesn't work in INSIDER so I can't access the Online Community to download patches . I have sent a few emails to the Administrator but nobody has replied. Can somebody please investigate and resolve the problem so that I can use the amp for the purpose I purchased it for?

Hi Blackstar,

WTF? Your customer support is the worst I've ever experienced! 4 emails and no reply. I bought this amp specifically because I wanted to be able to download and share patches and I can't even get logged in. Please get your act together and help me out.

Has anybody else had problems with the software?
