ID260 TVP 2X12 Combo Amp

New to the group and just wondering if anyone else's amp doesn't sustain well? If holding a note, it doesn't just keep ringing out like it should. After about 7 seconds the amp will go completely silent. Also switching between banks there is a like a skip of sound going between different banks sometimes. This was happening with the old amp I just bought and the new one. Is there some kind of update to fix this in the amp?

Sounds like you need to tweak the noise gate parameters.
