Kentucky Special- Anybody got one or has heard one??

Hi everyone
Would be very interested in anybody's opinion of these amps. What tone do they produce as I am finding it difficult to hear a big variation from the standard HT-40 and the Kentucky Special through YouTube videos. Thinking about purchasing as I love playing country/southern rock, however are they worth the extra money or do I purchase a different amp and invest in some new pedals to get the tones I require.
