New To Blackstar Family

Hi, I am from South Carolina, in the States. I am not only new to Blackstar but also new to playing the guitar. I had a ID:Core 10v3 that I bought back in January. But I wanted to be able to switch to different voices without having to actual turn the knob to my patch I wanted. So I bought a ID:Core 40w v1, I thought it was a v2, but hey, they got me but I love the amp anyway. I do have an issue with Cab Rig not showing up for my 40w v1.
