Hello everyone,

I am the proud owner of an HT-40 and have been tinkering around with it for the last 2 months. It came highly recommended for its versatility, and it's definitely versatile. However, it seems to be more at home with heavy distortion, rather than mainly clean with slight break-up, which is my preference (for now anyway). Any suggestions on how to maximize the clean sound with an edge of distortion?

What guitar are you using? And what pickups?
Have you tried running the overdrive channel with the volume on the guitar backed off a bit?
Maybe have a play with a HT-BOOST pedal if they have them at your local music shop.
