I chose the user name Gandalf because that is my nickname in our motorcycle club (long white beard...) I bought an ID Core 150 because our keyboard player (who has now left) used one when he was playing guitar and it looked and sounded good. The light weight compared with my Marshall combo is an added bonus. I have been playing in this band for about 3 years, we play anything from metal to rock, ballads and whatever takes our fancy.
I am getting to grips with the operational niceties of the amp, and at some stage will be looking to maybe download patches. At present I am just enjoying trying the different voices and features.
