HT VENUE JJN-20 Vs HT20RH

First of all, I'm a french customer, so sorry for my english
I'd like to know, what are the differences between the JJN-20 and the HT20RH ?
Of course there are the Cab and the esthetic.
But is there any other change between this two amps that influence the sound ?
