I have recently bought the ID:Core150 amplifier. I am loving the amp but having problems with getting audio out of the audio player in Insider software. Also unable to login on the connect to the online community. I have registered and had an acknowledgement from the forum saying I am able to login now. I can login here obviously but not on the Insider software. Can anybody help?

you do have the usb cable plugged into your computer and amp at the same time, with them both powered up.

Hi Fender62, rhanks for answering but yes I do have both connected. I have managed to get the sound through my laptop speakers but not through the amp as yet.
