I need to use my blackstar core ID 100 for guitar and microphone amplification. Is it better to plug the guitar into the quarter inch input and the mic into the line in input, or put both the guitar and mic into the stereo line-in input. Both signals will be coming from a TC Helicon acoustic play with XLR outputs. Therefore, the XLR outputs will need to be converted into something acceptable by the ID core 100. So it is just as easy to combine both output channels from XLR to 3.5 mm mini stereo, or the other option, quarter inch for the guitar and mini 3.5mm (line-in) for the mic. Can you please tell me which approach makes the most sense? Thank you
