favorite current production 12ay7 and 5751 tubes?

looking for some new tubes when i get my 5e3 tweed deluxe because its gonna need em. from v1 it takes 12ay7uno online,12ax7 2 6L6 tubes and gz34 rectifier tube. looking for max clean headroom so i was thinking 12ay7 in v1 and either 5751 or another 12ay7 in v2, some late breakup 6L6 tubes and no idea what i want for the rectifier...maybe NOS because everyone says they last longer even if they do cost more...
