6L6 line out to pa

Hi, is it possible to boost my output for an outside gig, by connecting my Studio 10 6L6 to a Yamaha Stagepas 400 powered PA system? I thought this would work via emulated sound output but it doesn’t seem to, and don’t want to damage either by wrong connections. Should I use the speaker outputs?

Are you using a TRS cable to go to the PA as otherwise you won't get any output? I had an engineer at a gig recently who didn't want to mic my 6L6 up and just used a normal mono cable to DI and it didn't work. Luckily I had a TRS cable that I use for recording with me!
