HT 5RH MKII USB Audio Interface doesn't function through USB

Hi! I have bought HT 5RH MKII. Great head. The only problem I have faced - I'm not able to use it's audio interface through USB. I have tried USB type B cable from my Steinberg audio interface, then another one borrowed from my friend. Nothing helps. I'm using Macbook Pro 2019, with 10.14.6 Mojave. When I plug HT 5RH MKII trough USB interface I see "HT-Series" output device that was recognised in System Preferences - Sound settings. But there is no level signal that is registered. When I select this interface in any recording app (e.g. GarageBand), freezings start, no sound is recorded and determined.
Does anybody face the same problem and is there any solution?
