I pulled the trigger for a Weber ceramic Gray Wolf. 30watt with large duat cap and pre-rola doping. I'll share more info when it'll be setted in.

Consider a WGS Vintage/Retro 30 or Celestion Creamback/Scumback H series.

Directions?? Remove rear grill (and if necessary, back panel), remove speaker connectors/leads, unscrew speaker > reverse to install.

So Iv've installed the gray wolf, ceramic 30 watt, large dustcap in replacement of the Blackstar 50.I had to remove the back pannel, which is the "amp's head". Took advantage of it to change the preamp tubes for TubeGrooves. Keep in mind the total depth of the speaker must be less than like... 5 inches, 15 cm, which prevents most of alnico speakers i've seen.

The change in tone is quite intense. The bass is really less pronounced, and the upper mids are much more aggressive. This results with a satisfying, really bity tone. Gives a strange vintage vibe to an otherwise modern amp. I'm into it :)

I don't know how the caracteristics of other speakers will react with this amp, but one has to realize the original speaker is very bassy yet scooped. Just so people know...
