Blackstar Architect with two amps

I've just connected my two Blackstar amps (ID20v2, ID260) up to my computer via usb.

I started Architect, and it seems that it can only detect the last amp that was switched on. There seems to be no way to switch between amps or to have two instances of Architect running so that I can see and set up both amps simultaneously.

Just curious if there is any way to work with both amps simultaneously?
