How do I update Insider to Architect for an ID Core 10 V2

Hi,
I have an ID Core 10 V2 and the Insider software. But I cannot download Architect unless I log in. I only have the login for the forum apparently. I guess I never wrote the main site down. Is there a way to find out what my login is?
I asked for a password reset, but I have had no response. I don't know if that means it is just slow or the info entered for the username was wrong. Any suggestions?
