IDCoreV3 10 - Clipping noise when recording

Hi everyone,
I am very satisfied with this amp, but I cannot use the USB recording features, it always sound like with very low latency issues, even with 1024 ms.
I am using a Mini-USB to USB-C cable, into an AMD Laptop Athlon 3050U with 12 gb of RAM and SSD disc. The software is updated. I tried recording to Bitwig Studio and Tracktion Waveform with the same results, with Asio4All latest version. I don`t have this problem when using my Mackie Onyx Blackjack recording interface. I send in attachment a sample mp3 with this problems.
